The day I left for vacation my the compressor on my LG fridge died. We replaced it 3 years prior and although it had a lot of functions like water and ice dispenser and an easy access door on the front it never really did a great job. We went to home depot and lowes and were shocked to find that most if not all of the brands like GE, Whirlpool, etc were all manufactured overseas. Mostly in China and Mexico. And they only came with a 1 to 2 year warranty on the compressor. We have 5 children and need a large refrigerator. I have a 2nd fridge in my basement, but to keep my wife from going up and down the stairs all day we opted to go commercial.

I've never heard of this brand before and $4,000 is a lot to spend on a residential refrigerator. However, this is no residential refrigerator. It looks like it is built to last forever. It is solid stainless steel and the parts appear to be very high quality. The design has all of the mechanical and electronics on top of the fridge for easy access to repair. One of my fridge doors was damaged in transit. I reported the damage and the company gave me an option to discount the price or receive a new door. I opted for the new door and they shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Since installing we've had no issues. The fridge maintains a consistent temperature for refrigeration and the freezer and our food is lasting much longer. It is clear to me as a consumer that this company cares about their customers and they want to do the right thing so they can continue to build their brand. I believe the warranty is for 6 years on the compressor. I highly recommend this product. It fits the counter depth and honestly looks really cool in my kitchen. For an equivalent US product that is likely also made in China you could easily spend 3 times the price.

The only constructive criticism I have is that the user manual is very brief. It is like 3 or 4 pages and does not explain much about the maintenance of the refrigerator. I imagine that the design is very intuitive and a mechanic can perform maintenance easily, but it would be helpful if the manual were expanded so I know how to do maintenance and keep it humming along.

I don’t usually write reviews and want to mention this is an honest review based on my experience. My fridge broke down and needed a replacement soon as possible. I messaged the seller directly with concerns of the time frame of shipping and explained my situation. The seller was very accommodating and helpful. The fridge was shipped to my store in less than two days. I messaged the seller back to thank him for his effort and service. What I really want to mention is the quality of the product. I purchased a 3 door refrigerator. It’s very well built with high quality materials. I’ve purchased over hundreds of commercial refrigerators the past 20yrs from all Manufactures. I was skeptical and never ordered anything so big through Amazon. I was surprised at how smooth it went. The quality and craftsmanship of this fridge is equal to the best fridge I’ve purchased in the pass. The ones I’m talking about are double the price.
