Refund and Return Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide a transparent and fair Refund and Return Policy to address your concerns.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the product is shipped. We offer a full refund. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Return & Exchange Conditions: Most items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If there is no quality issue, a return delivery fee applies. However, for quality problems within the initial 14 days, we offer free return.

Certain items are excluded from return, including clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, bundled items at discounted rates, assembled items, and those marked as "Non-Returnable."

For damaged or defective items, the exclusions mentioned above do not apply. In such cases, please contact service@icecasausa.com, and we will cover the delivery fee.

Return Process: We will provide you with the necessary information and address for returning the product. If your item is damaged or defective, arrangements can be made for carrier pickup, or you can send it back yourself with the shipping cost refunded.

Refund: In the event that a refund is required, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account. The refund process typically takes about 24 hours, and there are no additional return charges.

After Sale Service: We provide a warranty of 2 years for whole machine failure and 6 years for compressor failure (the balance 4 years do not cover labor cost).

Within the first 2 years after the invoice date, we encourage you to reach out if you encounter any issues. We provide online guidance through emails, videos, or pictures to help resolve problems. Free spare parts and coverage of maintenance labor cost are included. If the issue persists, we offer on-site technician support or replacement of the machine, with you responsible for moving the damaged machine.

For compressor issues within 6 years after the invoice date, email us with the machine details, and we will send a new compressor for free. However, maintenance labor costs are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover component failure or damages under certain conditions, including improper installation or use, lack of maintenance, products used outside the Contiguous United States, negligence, improper handling, overloading, and normal wear parts.
