      Do I need to be present for delivery?

      Yes — a signature is required at curbside. The driver lowers the unit with the liftgate, and you inspect the packaging before signing.

      What if it arrives damaged?

      Note it on the delivery receipt and contact us the same day. We ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

      Can you bring it inside and install it?
