Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and urgent orders may experience delays during holidays. Delivery time will vary depending on your address, typically ranging from 3-6 business days.

Orders and Shipping: All orders are processed, verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 3 days. In case of delays, we will promptly contact you via email. For holiday orders, we will process them within 72 hours after the holiday. For urgent orders, you can contact us via email, and we will expedite the processing of your order.

During transportation, we will closely monitor logistics and inform you of the shipping method and order number promptly. If any issues arise with the product during transportation, we will notify you promptly and arrange for a timely re-shipment. Rest assured, we will track your logistics information until you receive the product.

The logistics companies we commonly collaborate with include R+L, SAIA, XPO, TFORCE, etc. We do not support designated logistics companies.

Shipping Fee

Firstly, we offer free delivery to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for all orders. The primary market for this website is the United States, and we are unable to ship products outside the mainland United States. Our Free Shipping covers curbside delivery only. If you need more options, please let us know, we will send extra cost if we can supply. Curbside delivery and Liftgate free.

Update Order Delivery Information

If you wish to change the address before the product is shipped, please contact us via email. We will update your order information and deliver the goods to the accurate address. If you decide not to proceed with the product or want to switch to another product before shipping, contact us, and we will cancel the order for you.

Updating orders in transit: If you need to update the order address after the item has been shipped, contact us via email. We will liaise with the logistics provider, but modifying the address may be unsuccessful. Alternatively, we may provide you with a contact number for direct communication with the carrier (it is advisable to carefully check order information during purchase to avoid unnecessary complications).

Item Not Received (Lost in Transit)

If you have not received the purchased product, rest assured that we will reissue a new, intact product for you. Regarding package loss, we will contact the logistics company to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

After sale service:

We supply 2 year warranty of whole machine failure, 6 year warranty of compressor failure.

What we can supply for after sale service:

· Within 2 year after invoice date:

- If there is something unusual, please email to ICECASA with contents as below: Describe the problem of products with machine nameplate and barcode, ICECASA will guide how to handle by videos or pictures to solve the problem for easy problems.

- If the customer can not handle it himself, we will schedule a technician to fix it. ICECASA is responsible for the maintenance labor cost.

- If problem can not be solved by our technicians, we will change a new machine for you include freight, but you are responsible for moving the damaged machine from your kitchen to the truck and moving the new machine from truck to your kitchen.

· Within 3-6 years after invoice date:

- If there is something unusual of the compressor, please email to ICECASA with the machine nameplate and barcode, we will send you one new compressor to you for free. But ICECASA is not responsible for the maintenance labor cost.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

ICECASA will not warrant coverage for component failure or other damages that arise under the following conditions:

· Failure to install and/or use the unit within proper operating conditions specified by ICECASA. This includes installation in any and all outdoor or mobile applications.

· Failure to properly maintain the unit. This includes, but is not limited to, basic preventative maintenance like cleaning the condenser coil.

· Products sold or used outside of the Contiguous United States.

· Any damage that occurs as a result of negligence or improper handling.

· Overloading or improper loading of the unit in a manner that prevents proper airflow. Normal wear type parts, such as light bulbs and gaskets, are not included in warranty coverage.
