Update Order Delivery Information
If you wish to change the address before the product is shipped, please contact us via email. We will update your order information and deliver the goods to the accurate address. If you decide not to proceed with the product or want to switch to another product before shipping, contact us, and we will cancel the order for you.
Updating orders in transit: If you need to update the order address after the item has been shipped, contact us via email. We will liaise with the logistics provider, but modifying the address may be unsuccessful. What we can supply for after sale service:
· Within 2 years after invoice date:
- If there is something unusual, please email ICECASA with the machine nameplate and barcode. For easy problems, ICECASA will guide you by videos or pictures.
- If you cannot handle it yourself, we will schedule a technician to fix it. ICECASA is responsible for the maintenance labor cost.
- If the problem cannot be solved by our technicians, we will change a new machine for you including freight — but you are responsible for moving the damaged machine from your kitchen to the truck, and the new machine from the truck to your kitchen.
· Within 3-6 years after invoice date:
- If there is something unusual with the compressor, please email ICECASA with the machine nameplate and barcode. We will send you one new compressor for free. ICECASA is not responsible for the maintenance labor cost.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
ICECASA will not warrant coverage for component failure or other damages that arise under the following conditions:
· Failure to install and/or use the unit within proper operating conditions specified by ICECASA. This includes installation in any and all outdoor or mobile applications.
· Failure to properly maintain the unit. This includes, but is not limited to, basic preventative maintenance like cleaning the condenser coil.
· Products sold or used outside of the Contiguous United States.
· Any damage that occurs as a result of negligence or improper handling.
· Overloading or improper loading of the unit in a manner that prevents proper airflow. Normal wear type parts, such as light bulbs and gaskets, are not included in warranty coverage.

The order was placed and confirmed. I didn't hear anything on the shipping date and a week later I got a call from the truck line wanting to set up delivery. The unit was shipped much sooner than I expected and was packaged extremely well. The unit was unpacked and put into service the next day. Within minutes the temperature started to fall and within an hour it was nearly 0. The next morning I checked the temp and it was -- 4. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

We ordered this freezer in April 2024 and it stopped working in November 2024. This seller sent out a technition and it was determined that the Freezer could not be repaired. This seller then promptly sent us a new freezer to replace the broken one. We are very pleased and will continue to do business with this seller in the future.

It was a suggested/recommended alternative to the Westlake model which was on backorder.Nice looking unit, only negative - it has a decorative non functioning display in upper right corner.The westlake unit offered additional shelves which I purchased and they made sure correct items came with this unit.I'm so pleased with this freezer that if it stays solid, in six months I'll purchase another to be placed in my mother's garage.Sidenote: these units are tall so, they just don't roll through the average door opening.
