For holiday orders, we will process them within 72 hours after the holiday. For urgent orders, you can contact us via email, and we will expedite the processing of your order.

During transportation, we will closely monitor logistics and inform you of the shipping method and order number promptly. If any issues arise with the product during transportation, we will notify you promptly and arrange for a timely re-shipment. Rest assured, we will track your logistics information until you receive the product.

The logistics companies we commonly collaborate with include R+L, SAIA, XPO, TFORCE, etc. We do not support designated logistics companies.

Firstly, we offer free delivery to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) for all orders. The primary market for this website is the United States, and we are unable to ship products outside the mainland United States. Our Free Shipping covers curbside delivery only, if you need more options, please let us know, we will send extra cost if we can supply. Curbside delivery and Life gate free.

  1. Update Order Delivery Information

If you wish to change the address before the product is shipped, please contact us via email. We will update your order information and deliver the goods to the accurate address. If you decide not to proceed with the product or want to switch to another product before shipping, contact us, and we will cancel the order for you.

 Updating orders in transit: If you need to update the order address after the item has been shipped, contact us via email. We will liaise with the logistics provider, but modifying the address may be unsuccessful.
